What we do

A destination management company is the in-country operator that turns a travel agent's brief into a delivered trip — contracting hotels, running transfers, assigning licensed guides and operating excursions, all at confidential net rates. Explera does this as a group: the same standards, the same commercial model and the same 24/7 accountability in every market we run.

How we work with the trade

We sell exclusively to travel agents and tour operators. Your agency keeps the client relationship and sets its own mark-up; we stay invisible to your customer and never market to them. One verification opens net-rate access across the whole network, with consolidated multi-currency invoicing and a named account manager per market.

Accreditation & structure

Explera is IATA-accredited (96215733) and holds destination licences in each market (TAT in Thailand, plus JATA, KATA, ASITA, ETOA and DTCM alignment across the network). The group is headquartered in Hong Kong (Explera DMC Limited) with a registered entity in India; all commercial agreements are issued from the Hong Kong head office.
