MGM Osaka, Japan's first integrated resort, is under construction on Yumeshima in Osaka Bay and is planned to open in autumn 2030. What Is Confirmed
- Opening. Construction began in April 2025. The operator plans to open in autumn 2030.
- Who builds it. A consortium led by MGM Resorts International and ORIX Corporation.
- Rooms. About 2,500 hotel rooms across three hotels.
- Meeting space. A large convention and exhibition centre is a core part of the plan, beside a theatre, dining, shopping and a casino.
What Is Not Yet Published
Rates, venue specifications, booking terms and final transport times are not public. The Osaka Metro Chuo Line already reaches the island at Yumeshima Station, and more rail links are planned before opening. Casino entry rules differ for Japanese residents and overseas visitors under Japan's IR law, so check the detail before any client programme includes it.
