Trade-only service
Explera sells exclusively to travel agents and tour operators. The website presents our destination-management services to the trade; it is not a consumer booking channel, and nothing on it is an offer of travel services to the public.
Commercial terms are separate
Net rates, quotations, bookings and contracts are governed by the separate written agreements and confirmations issued from our Hong Kong head office. Where those documents conflict with the website, the written agreement prevails. Information, rates and availability on the website may change without notice.
Intellectual property
The Explera name, logos, text, images and design are owned by Explera or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without permission, beyond normal viewing of the website.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
The website links to our destination DMC sites, our agent and booking portals, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explera is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under your local law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published here.
