How Explera works with travel agents.
Explera is a B2B ground operator, not a wholesaler with a price list. Agents work with us in two ways: book on the B2B platform for real-time availability and instant quotations, or send detailed requirements to the destination desk for a proposal costed by hand. We do not send rate sheets, promotions or sample packages.

For tailor-made FIT, group and MICE programmes, email your detailed requirements to the destination desk. The local team costs every proposal by hand against your brief and replies with a customised proposal for your market.
Three rules for a fast quotation.
Send detailed, live requirements
Travel dates, number of passengers with the adult and child split, hotel category, cities to be covered and the specific services required, sent directly to the destination desk. We cannot quote from a one-line request.
One new email per query
Start every new query in a fresh email with a clear subject line, for example “Japan Group — 15 Pax — Oct 2026”. Please do not reply on an old thread: each file is tracked separately, and mixed threads delay your quotation.
No rate sheets or sample packages
We do not share rate sheets, general promotions or sample packages. Every proposal is costed by hand against your requirements. That is what makes our net rates quotable, and it is the only format we send.
Tailor-made quotations and itineraries for Japan, Korea and New Zealand carry a fee of USD 100. Quotations for Thailand are free of charge.

How do hotels and activity vendors list with Explera?
Send your property or experience profile, net rates and contracting terms to the contracting desk for the relevant destination (listed below). This is for hotel & activity vendor contracting only.
Do you send rate sheets or sample packages?
No. Explera does not share rate sheets, general promotions or sample packages. Every proposal is costed by hand against the requirements you send, or you can check real-time availability on the B2B platform.
Is there a fee for quotations?
