The artist is booked through the agency that represents them; the destination side is ours.
Confirming the artist is the short part. The work is the permit file, the technical and hospitality riders, the flights, the accommodation the contract specifies, the transfers, the rehearsal and sound check, and someone standing beside the artist on the night. Explera runs that end, so an agency books talent once instead of appointing a production company in four countries.

Do you represent artists directly?
No. Explera books through the international agencies that manage each artist, and runs the destination side — production, permits, logistics and on-site execution. Availability, fees and terms are confirmed by the artist’s own representation before we quote them.
Can you handle work permits for foreign performers?
Requirements differ by destination and by the performer’s nationality, and some cases need a licensed local promoter named as applicant. We scope this at briefing stage, because permit lead times — not artist availability — are usually what decides whether a date is workable.
