Travel agents access this inventory at confidential net rates, held on allocation, with one contracting relationship covering Thailand, Japan and Korea.
Because we contract locally and operate the ground ourselves, rates are live, availability is real, and special requests — connecting rooms, early check-in, honeymoon set-ups, group blocks — are handled by people who know the property, not a call centre.
