HYROX Bangkok, February 2027: Planning Club Groups to the Race

Why Will Clubs Travel to Bangkok in February?

• The dates. The next HYROX Bangkok runs from 11 to 14 February 2027 at BITEC, the exhibition centre in Bang Na.
• The size. The Nation reports that the August 2026 edition drew more than 20,000 athletes from over 60 countries, 29% of them from abroad.
• The Hong Kong final. The HYROX World Championships come to Hong Kong from 10 to 13 June 2027. HYROX says every PRO and Doubles Mixed division at a season event guarantees at least one place per age group, and events up to the weekend of 16 May 2027 count. A February race leaves time to qualify.

How Do We Plan a Club Group?

• Start times first. Athletes race in timed waves across the four days, so a club may race on two or three different days. Get each start time before you fix flights and transfers.
• Stay near the venue. BITEC is beside Bang Na BTS station, so hotels on the Sukhumvit line keep race mornings simple.
• Book early. February is high season in Bangkok, so hold rooms as soon as the club has its entries.
• We do not sell race entries. Athletes enter through HYROX. We arrange hotels, transfers and extra days for athletes and supporters.

What Can the Club Add After the Race?

• Recovery days. Many clubs add a few days by the sea after racing, and a beach town is a short drive from Bangkok.
• Supporters. Partners and friends who travel with the club want touring and dinners while the athletes race.
• Team time. A group dinner or a training session together on a rest day helps a club bond.
