Westlife Bangkok 2027: Fan Travel Brief for Agents

The short answer

Westlife play one night at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, on Monday 25 January 2027, the last Southeast Asian date of their 25th anniversary tour. Explera DMC advises agencies to secure tickets first, then book Bangkok hotels early for the high season and plan a fixed return transfer to the arena.

Westlife's anniversary tour reaches Bangkok in the busiest month of Thailand's travel year. Our Thailand team covers the show in its briefing on Westlife at Impact Arena. This note is for agencies and tour operators in our source markets that sell concert trips and incentives.

What Is Confirmed About the Bangkok Show?

Monday 25 January 2027, Impact Arena. The venue is in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, on Bangkok's northern edge, according to the promoter, Live Nation Tero.
The public sale opened on 22 July 2026. Press reports name different ticket sites, so use the link on the promoter's event page.
The Asia leg plays six cities. Kuala Lumpur on 13 and 14 January, Singapore on 16 January, Manila on 20 January, Jakarta on 23 January, Bangkok on 25 January and Hong Kong on 30 January, according to Bandwagon.

Which Date Suits Your Market?

Clients in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia have a show at home, so Bangkok suits them best as a holiday with a concert in it rather than as a concert trip. For long-haul markets, Bangkok pairs the show with Thailand's cool, dry season, which makes a beach extension easy to sell.

How Should Groups Get to the Arena?

Impact Arena is a road journey from most central Bangkok hotels, and traffic after the show is heavy. A return coach or van with a fixed meeting point keeps a group together; a night at a hotel near the venue is the other answer. Our Thailand team arranges both.

Can the Show Anchor an Incentive?

Yes, for a group that already holds tickets. The concert is on a Monday, so a weekend arrival leaves two or three days of Bangkok touring before the show, and the rest of the week can go to the coast. Ask for hotel rooms early: January is high season in Thailand.
