In short: This is a four-night Busan incentive and meeting programme for MICE planners wanting a coastal alternative to Seoul. It places meetings near the BEXCO convention district in Haeundae, with beachfront hotels, a Gwangan Bridge evening cruise, seafood dining and guided touring of the city's temples and harbour, all run by one DMC team.

The itinerary.
Arrival and welcome dinner
Arrival at Gimhae or by KTX, coach transfer to Haeundae and a welcome dinner.
Meeting day
Plenary and breakout sessions with AV, catering and on-site registration.
Coastal touring and cruise
Haedong Yonggungsa and Gamcheon Culture Village, then an evening cruise past Gwangan Bridge.
Team activity and gala
A beach or cooking team activity, followed by a seafood gala dinner.
Departure
Coach transfers to Gimhae International Airport or Busan Station.
Hotels and ground services.
Four- and five-star beachfront hotels in Haeundae, blocked for the group.
Before you quote.
Can groups arrive by rail from Seoul?
Yes. We book KTX group seats from Seoul Station and meet the group on the platform at Busan Station.
Is the cruise weather dependent?
Yes. Sailings depend on sea conditions, so we hold an indoor waterfront dinner as the back-up plan.
