The Explera DMC country partner programme is for established local DMCs in countries where Explera has no DMC of its own yet. You run the ground operations as Explera DMC in your country; Explera brings its booking system, its travel-agent network and its brand, and collects the payments. Partnerships run for five years under one agreement with our Hong Kong head office.

What is an Explera DMC country partner?
An established local destination management company that runs ground operations in its own country as Explera DMC, using the Explera booking system, travel-agent network and brand, under a five-year agreement with Explera DMC Limited in Hong Kong.
Who sells to the clients and collects payment?
Explera does. Bookings come through the Explera network, Explera invoices the travel agents and collects every payment, then pays the partner the agreed amount for the services delivered.
Does the partner keep its own brand with clients?
No. With clients and travel agents the partner works only as Explera DMC in its country, on every channel: phone, WhatsApp, email and documents.
Who is responsible for the ground operations?
The partner. It runs and is responsible for hotels, transport, guides, suppliers, licences and insurance in its country, to Explera service standards.
How is the agreement signed?
Online, with a one-time code sent to the signatory’s email, and also on paper: two originals signed and stamped by both companies.
