The fifth Thailand Biennale will be held in Rayong, on Thailand's eastern seaboard, from December 2027 to April 2028, under the title "Sin-Samudr, Turning Currents", according to a Ministry of Culture announcement reported in late September 2026. What Is Set, and What Is Not

Holding Group Plans Loosely
A biennale is a good reason to build a group, but there is nothing yet to quote against. Do not name works, sites or opening-week events in a proposal, and do not fix flights to a date that has not been released. What you can do now is ask clients to keep a window open, and to treat the month as provisional until the organisers publish the dates.
Think of the visit as a trip with more than one stop. Earlier editions placed works in towns, temples, beaches and public spaces, so a group will usually move between sites by coach, and a programme needs a guide and a driver who know the province. Museum friends, design schools and collectors are the obvious buyers. Pair the biennale with a few days in Bangkok, or with a second country on the same circuit.
