Fi Asia Thailand 2027, the food and beverage ingredients show, runs at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok from 1 to 3 September 2027, according to its organiser, Informa Markets. 1 to 3 September 2027 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok.
Opening hours. 10:00 to 18:00 on the first two days and 10:00 to 17:00 on the last, according to Informa Markets.
Every two years in Bangkok. The 2025 edition ran at QSNCC from 17 to 19 September 2025; the 2026 edition is in Jakarta.

Who Should Go, and How?

Product developers, food manufacturers and ingredient buyers, not leisure travellers.
Trade visitors only. Each delegate registers with the organiser as a trade visitor.
Green season. Early September brings afternoon rain, and hotel rates are usually softer than in the high season.
Easy access. QSNCC has its own station on the MRT Blue Line, so a hotel near Sukhumvit or Asok keeps transfers short.
