Trade visitors only. Nobody under 15 gets in, so this is a work trip, not a family one.
Hold rooms on flexible terms. Where hotels allow it, we keep the release dates loose until the show confirms. That is the single biggest risk on this file.
Choose the base on purpose. BITEC sits next to BTS Bang Na station. A Bang Na hotel keeps the hall close; a hotel on the Sukhumvit line gives delegates central Bangkok in the evening and a direct train in the morning.
Add the meetings. Most buyers want supplier visits or a briefing room for the team. We book interpreters and a meeting space if the hotel cannot.
