In short: This is a four-night Seoul incentive and conference programme for MICE planners and corporate buyers. It combines a meeting day near the COEX convention district in Gangnam, a themed gala dinner, a K-culture team activity and guided city touring, with group transfers, registration support and on-site staff managed by one ground partner.

Group arrival and welcome
Airport meet-and-greet with branded signage, coach transfers and a welcome reception.
Conference day
Plenary and breakout sessions with AV, catering and registration handled by our on-site team.
City touring and team activity
Gyeongbokgung and Bukchon in the morning, then a K-pop dance or cooking team session.
Free morning and gala dinner
Optional shopping in Myeongdong or Gangnam, then a themed gala dinner with traditional performance.
Group departure
Staggered coach transfers to Incheon International Airport.
Hotels and ground services.
Four- and five-star hotels in Gangnam or central Seoul with meeting space, blocked for the group.

Can you arrange a site inspection?
Yes. We host site inspections for planners, covering hotels, venues and activity suppliers, on dates agreed with the client.
What group sizes can you handle?
This programme is designed for 20 to 300 guests. Larger groups are quoted case by case after venue checks.
