Dates: Tuesday 25 to Saturday 29 May 2027.
Venue: IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, north of central Bangkok.
Organisers: the Department of International Trade Promotion, the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Koelnmesse.
Trade days first. The show lists Saturday 29 May as its only public day, so a business delegation works the hall from 25 to 28 May.

Why Book Seven Months Ahead?

National pavilions are already recruiting exhibitors: Spain's food and drink federation FIAB has published its call, and the German Pavilion has opened registration. Every delegation travelling with a pavilion needs rooms and transport for the same five days, and the hotels nearest IMPACT fill first. Rooms near IMPACT or along the expressway into the city.
A daily shuttle to the hall for each show day.
Interpreters for buyer meetings, in the delegation's language.
A group dinner or two, and market or factory visits before or after the show.
