Bangkok RHVAC 2027 Delegations at BITEC

The short answer

Bangkok RHVAC 2027, the refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning show, is listed for BITEC in Bangkok from 1 to 3 April 2027, in Halls 98 to 100. Thailand's Department of International Trade Promotion leads the organisers. Explera DMC holds rooms on flexible terms and adds transfers, interpreters and plant visits.

Cooling is a big business in a hot country, and the companies that sell compressors, chillers and controls tend to send people to this show. If your client is one of them, the questions are simple: where to sleep, how to get to Bang Na each morning, and what to do with the days after. Our Thailand team has the detail in its Bangkok RHVAC 2027 guide. Here is the short version for agencies.

What Has Been Announced for Bangkok RHVAC 2027?

1 to 3 April 2027, at BITEC, Halls 98 to 100, with about 20,890 square metres of exhibition space. The official site calls it the 15th edition.
Organisers: the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and the Thai Refrigeration Association (TRA).
One caution: at least one third-party trade calendar shows other April dates. We take the official site as the reference and check again before anyone books flights.

What Should a Delegation Plan For?

Stay near the halls, or in town. Hotels around BTS Bang Na and Udom Suk are the closest. Asok or Phrom Phong means a longer ride each morning but evenings in central Bangkok.
Mind Songkran. The holiday falls on 13 to 15 April, ten days after the show. Many offices and plants close, so extension days and factory visits need planning around it.
Plan the meetings. Interpreters for supplier meetings, airport transfers and a plant visit after the show are the usual requests.
Keep the booking flexible. We hold rooms with release dates that suit the delegation until the organisers confirm their dates.
