IB Global Conference Bangkok 2027: School Delegations at QSNCC

Teachers travel on a school's budget and a school's calendar, and both are fixed long before anyone books a flight. That is why the IB Global Conference Bangkok 2027 is worth putting in front of your education clients now, five months out. Our Thailand team has the full detail in its IB Global Conference Bangkok 2027 guide. Here is what matters for agencies.

What Has Been Announced for the IB Global Conference Bangkok 2027?

• 18 to 20 March 2027, at QSNCC, according to the International Baccalaureate's own conference pages.
• Workshops come first. Full-day pre-conference workshops run on 18 March, and delegates pick theirs when they register.
• Early-bird deadline: the IB lists its early-bird rate until 9 December 2026.

What Should a School Delegation Plan For?

• Register before you ticket. Workshops can fill, and the IB warns that changes may not be possible once they do. Get each delegate registered, then confirm the flights.
• One hotel, near the Blue Line. QSNCC has its own MRT station, so a hotel near the Sukhumvit or Silom stations keeps the venue a few stops away and the group together for evening meetings.
• A crowded week at the same venue. Aviation Festival Asia fills QSNCC on 16 and 17 March, just before the conference, so we hold rooms early and set release dates school by school.
• School visits need the host's yes. Where Bangkok IB schools agree, we can add a visit, but that is the host school's decision, not ours.
