What Will TRUNK(HOTEL) SAPPORO Give Your Clients?

107 rooms. 89 standard rooms and 18 suites on the upper floors, a short walk from Odori Station.
A bath house on the 18th floor. TRUNK(BATH HOUSE) runs about ten bathing areas along a 40-metre water channel, with saunas and cold baths, and separate areas for men and women.
Sushi Saito. The Tokyo counter opens its first Sapporo branch on the 10th floor, built around Hokkaido seafood.
Room to host. The 10th floor also holds an all-day restaurant, a lounge bar and event space.

How Would We Build a Group Around It?

Keep the group small. At 107 rooms it suits a small incentive or a private group. For a larger one we split across two hotels.
Lead with food. A counter like Sushi Saito seats very few people at a time, so we plan those dinners early and in rotations.
Use the September opening. Early autumn is before the ski crowds. We pair Sapporo with Otaru, Furano or Jozankei onsen for a four- or five-night programme.
Hold a back-up. Rates are not out yet, so we keep an alternative hotel in every proposal until they are.
