in-cosmetics Asia 2026 runs at BITEC in Bangkok from 3 to 5 November. It is a trade-only show for personal care ingredients, held alongside COSMEX for manufacturing and packaging. With the show a week away, Explera DMC is looking after buyers who have already registered: hotels near Bang Na, airport transfers and daily shuttles.

A week before a big ingredients show is not the time to build a new delegation, and we would rather say so than sell one. It is, however, a good time to check that the people already going have a room, a car from the airport and a way to get to the hall each morning. COSMEX runs alongside it for machinery, packaging and OEM/ODM manufacturing, so one trip covers the formula and the factory.
Last year's numbers, as the organiser reported them: 14,383 unique visitors in 2025, about 40% of them from outside Thailand.

Who Is Still Worth Helping This Week?

Registered buyers without ground arrangements. R&D chemists, product developers, procurement managers and owners of smaller brands. Rooms close to BITEC fill in show week, so the hotel comes first.
Teams adding factory visits. Many buyers see contract manufacturers in Bangkok or on the Eastern Seaboard. We book the vehicle and the timing; the client fixes the appointments.
Clients only now deciding. For them the honest answer is usually the 2027 edition, or the finished-beauty side at Cosmoprof CBE ASEAN in June 2027.

How Do We Run the Ground Side?

Suvarnabhumi arrivals. It is the closer airport to Bang Na.
A hotel on the BTS line. Bang Na itself, or a few stops up the Sukhumvit line when Bang Na is full.
A morning and evening shuttle once the group outgrows one car.
Meeting rooms and dinners for buying teams that want to see suppliers away from the stands.
