Horti and Agri Asia 2027: Farm Delegations at BITEC

Most agricultural buyers we meet do not fly to Bangkok just to walk a trade hall. They want to see crops in the ground and greenhouses running, then sit down with suppliers with that picture in their heads. Horti and Agri Asia gives them a reason to come in May, and our Thailand team has the detail in its Horti and Agri Asia 2027 guide. Here is the short version for agencies.

What Has Been Announced for Horti and Agri Asia 2027?

• 19 to 21 May 2027, at BITEC, according to the organiser's homepage. The 2026 edition ran from 10 to 12 March, and some pages on the site still describe it.
• Organiser: VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co., Ltd., which runs several trade shows in Bangkok and the region.
• Not the same show as AGRITECHNICA ASIA. That one is organised separately, and its next edition is in Vietnam in March 2027.

What Should an Agriculture Delegation Plan For?

• Field days first. Farm and greenhouse visits are usually why the trip happens at all, so we fix those and fit the hotels around them.
• Stay in Bang Na. BITEC is on the eastern side of Bangkok, next to BTS Bang Na, which also puts the group closer to the eastern provinces for field trips.
• Interpreters and a coach. Supplier meetings need an interpreter, and field days need a coach that can take the group out of the city and back the same day.
• Keep the booking flexible. Until the organiser's whole site shows the May dates, we hold rooms on release dates that protect the delegation.
