THAIFEX – HOREC Asia 2027: Hotel and Catering Buyers at IMPACT

Hotel owners, F&B directors and catering buyers tend to know exactly what they want to see: the coffee machines, the combi ovens, the laundry kit. What they want from us is everything else. THAIFEX – HOREC Asia gives them a reason to be in Bangkok in early March, and our Thailand team has the detail in its THAIFEX – HOREC Asia 2027 guide. Here is the short version for agencies.

What Has Been Announced for THAIFEX – HOREC Asia 2027?

• 2 to 5 March 2027, at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, according to the organiser. That is one day longer than the 2026 show, which ran from 11 to 13 March.
• Who runs it: Thailand's Department of International Trade Promotion, the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Koelnmesse present it together.
• What it covers: equipment and services for hotels, restaurants and catering, from bakery and café gear to kitchens, furnishing, laundry and hotel technology. Food and drink sourcing sits in its sister show, THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, in May.

What Should a Hospitality Delegation Plan For?

• Rooms first. Early March is high season in Bangkok, so we secure the block early and set release dates that follow the delegates' sign-up.
• Choose the base on purpose. IMPACT is closer to Don Mueang than to Suvarnabhumi. A hotel near the halls keeps the mornings short; a central hotel gives the group the city at night.
• A coach and an interpreter. A daily coach to the halls and an interpreter for supplier meetings are what most buyer groups need.
• Add a day or two. Hotel and restaurant visits before or after the show are often the part buyers remember.
