How Should Agents Plan a TAPA 2027 Delegation?

Three show nights near BITEC. Add a fourth if the group also wants the Motor Show.
Give the Motor Show its own day. It is at IMPACT, on the other side of the city, and is reported to run until 4 April 2027. Trying to do both venues in one afternoon wastes the afternoon.
Watch the calendar behind it. Songkran falls on 13 to 15 April, and hotels and domestic flights fill up in the days before. We keep the programme tight or finish well ahead of the holiday.
Ask early for factory visits. Many buyers want to see suppliers in Chachoengsao, Chonburi or Rayong. We arrange the coach and the timing; each factory decides whether it receives the group.
